Healthcare-ID, Inc. announces the signing of ARUP Laboratories

ARUP Laboratories will be the 13th customer to use Donor-ID

Buffalo Grove, IL, August 2, 2012 – Healthcare-ID, Inc., announces that ARUP Laboratories joins twelve other blood centers using Donor-ID WebTM software for their blood collection needs. ARUP Laboratories is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah and handles approximately 30,000 donations a year. They are a national clinical and anatomic pathology reference laboratory and a worldwide leader in innovative laboratory research and development. Donor-IDTM is used to collect over 7,000,000 units of blood annually at 12 other blood centers across the United States: Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center in Houston, TX; Memorial Blood Center in St Paul, MN; Mississippi Blood Services in Jackson, MS; Oklahoma Blood Institute in Oklahoma City, OK; Coffee Memorial Blood Center in Amarillo, TX; Blood Bank of Delmarva in Newark, DE; Stanford Blood Center in Palo Alto, CA; ITxM with Central Blood Bank in Pittsburgh, PA and LifeSource Blood Services in Chicago, IL; LifeStream in San Bernardino, California; Dak-Minn Blood Bank in partnership with Altru Health System in Grand Forks, ND; and The American Red Cross, nationwide.
