Healthcare-ID announces Six Sigma quality initiative

Buffalo Grove, IL, August 20, 2012 – Healthcare-ID, Inc., announced today the completion of the Six Sigma Yellow Belt training by all H-ID employees. This is the beginning of the company-wide quality initiative, which started in February, 2012. “It is a huge commitment made by senior leadership [of Healthcare-ID] to make this investment in the employees and in the overall quality of our processes, products, and services,” said Bonnie Pressley, Manager of Quality Assurance. “It is a Quality Assurance Manager’s dream come true to have each employee looking at quality in a unified manner and understanding that we all play a role in the quality of our work.”

“We’re pleased with the results this far,” reports Bryan Sadorf, Vice President and COO, “and this is just the start. Several employees are interested in going farther in the Six Sigma training with the ultimate goal of Black Belt.”
