Healthcare-ID, Inc. expands to meet needs of increased customer base
Increased customer base prompts expansion of the Healthcare-ID offices and staff.
Buffalo Grove, IL, February 5, 2010 - Healthcare-ID, Inc. announces the hiring of additional staff and expansion of offices to meet the needs of the eleven blood center customers using the Donor-ID WebTM software. The company has expanded into the office located directly to the south of the current location, nearly doubling the physical office space. In addition to the three new employees hired in the first quarter of 2009, two new staff members were hired in January 2010. "We feel that with our increased customer base we needed to be proactive and add staff in order to keep our levels of performance at the level that our customers demand, deserve, and expect" - Bryan Sadorf, VP of Product Management.
Donor-ID WebÔ is used to collect over 7,000,000 units of blood annually at nine other blood centers across the United States: Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center in Houston, TX; Memorial Blood Center in St Paul, MN; Mississippi Blood Services in Jackson, MS; Oklahoma Blood Institute in Oklahoma City, OK; Coffee Memorial Blood Center in Amarillo, TX; Blood Bank of Delmarva in Newark, DE; Stanford Blood Center in Palo Alto, CA, LifeStream in San Bernardino, CA, ITxM in Illinois, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, and The American Red Cross, nationwide. Seven customers are using SafeTrace as their data management system. Healthcare-ID also has customers on BBCS, LifeTec, and NBCS.
