Kami came to HID in early 2010 after 10 years at Northfield Labs where she worked in both technical and leadership positions. She worked on various FDA related projects and brings a wealth of FDA knowledge to the company. At HID Kami is involved with software validation, documentation and end user support. |

Molly Klonowski, Project Leader, Installation and Support |
Molly has been with HID since 2004. She has worked at large companies like Baxter and Abbott in her past. Her experience is in the medical and technical areas and she has worked on many database projects. For much of her time at HID she was responsible for software validation and support. Currently she is heading up large customer installation projects. |

Mary Lestina, Assistant Vice President of Special Initiatives |
Mary came to HID in 2009 after 15 years at Motorola. At Motorola Mary had roles all along the software development cycle, from design, to support, to training. Her wide ranging experiences allowed her to quickly adapt and advance within the HID environment. Mary's primary function with the company involves managing relationships with our business partners and the software connection between multiple systems. In addition, Mary manages the sales process for the company. |

Sam Ma, Business Analyst |
Sam has been with HID since 2014. He came here with 11 years of experience working in IT systems, where he gained vast experience in customer service and various business analyst functions. He also obtained his Master of Science, Information Services degree prior to joining HID. His responsibilities include validation testing, documentation, test case and use case creation, and user support. |

Tiffany came to HID in 2012 with 13 years of experience working in direct customer support positions. Her responsibilities include validation testing, documentation, test cases, user support, marketing materials, and organizing all the trade show activities. |

Bryan Sadorf, Vice President and COO |
Bryan F. Sadorf held a variety of management positions prior to joining Healthcare-ID. He came to the company after 11 years at Chicago Title and Trust. Prior to joining the company, Bryan had been the Manager of Development, Installation and Customer Service at his previous job. He has led large development and installation projects and managed the help desk. Since joining HID in 2002 Bryan has been involved with software design, managing the development process life-cycle and customer support. His attention to detail and ability to write both functional and technical specifications is a real plus. As a project manager he understands business requirements, design specifications and all of the important steps in the technical process. |

Steve Sadorf, Vice President of Quality, Human Resource, and Finance |
Steve has been with the company since 2005. Originally dedicated to software validation and customer installation support, Steve has taken on the responsibility of the company's quality management, in addition to all finance and human resource functions. In the role of quality, Steve is responsible for ensuring a quality system and handling all FDA related issues. |
